Janice Capel Anderson is Assistant Professor of Philosophy at the University of Idaho, Moscow, Idaho. Stephen D. Moore is Professor of New Testament at the Theological School at Drew University and author of Poststructuralism and the New Testament (1994, 9780800625993).
