Richard H. Bliese is Academic Dean and Associate Professor of Missions at Luther Seminary, St. Paul, and co-editor of The Dictionary of Mission: Theology, History, Perspectives (1997). Craig Van Gelder is professor of congregational mission at Luther Seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota, where he resides. Previously he taught at Calvin Theological Seminary as professor of domestic missiology.
