Shanon Sterringer is a Roman Catholic lay minister who lives and serves in Fairport Harbor, Ohio. She holds a MA in theology from St. Mary's Seminary and an MA in ministry from Urusline College, as well as a DMin from St. Mary's Seminary and a PhD from Union Institute and University in ethical and creative leadership. She founded and directs The Hildegarden, a nonprofit, spiritual retreat center grounded in the charism of St. Hildegard of Bingen. Sterringer lives in Fairport with her husband and daughters and has served as a pastoral associate and parish minister at St. Anthony of Padua Church for over twenty years.
