Dr Warren Larkin is an experienced Consultant, Clinical Psychologist, researcher, strategic leader, and sought-after trainer based in the UK. Warren is an international consultant, keynote speaker, author and creator of the Routine Enquiry about Adversity in Childhood (REACh) model. Warren is also visiting professor at the University of Sunderland and founder of Warren Larkin Associates Ltd, a consultancy which specialises in helping organisations recognise and respond more effectively to the needs of staff and clients affected by trauma.

•ACEs are highly stressful events or situations that happen during childhood and/or adolescence. It can be a single event, or prolonged threats to, and/or breaches of a young persons safety, security, trust or bodily integrity.50% of participants experienced 1 ACE and over 8% more in England according to Public Health Scotland based on ACEs questionnaires

•Being adopted within policy & legislation globally. ACE Theory is a growing movement and embedded into Welsh and Scottish national policy. The state of California has also passed legislation to incentivise doctors and other health care professionals to conduct ACE enquiry in primary care and paediatrics.
