How you feel is very important, and a lot of the time our emotions might not just live inside our heads but in our bodies too! These are called bodily feelings, or Zensations, and you might find them all over your body. Dr. Christopher Willard Dr. Christopher Willard, (Psy. D.) is a clinical psychologist, author and consultant based in Massachusetts who teaches at Harvard Medical School. He has spoken in thirty countries, and is the author of twenty books, including Alphabreaths (2019), Growing Up Mindful (2016) and How we Grow Through What we Go Through. (2022) His thoughts on mental health have been featured in The New York Times, The Washington Post, mindful.org, cnn.com, and elsewhere. He teaches at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Frank J. Sileo Frank J. Sileo, PhD, is a New Jersey licensed psychologist, international speaker and a multi award-winning author of 14 other childrens picture books and a parenting book. Since 2010, he has been consistently recognized as one of New Jerseys top kids doctors. She has a passion for creating character led childrens illustrations, and uses digital media and textures to produce her work. Storytelling has always been a key focus for Lily and she loves to capture and evoke emotion in her drawings. The natural world is also a large inspiration to her and is often a focus within her illustrations.
