Robert Vescio is an award-winning children’s author. Robert worked in the publishing industry for over 12 years as a Photo Editor and Production Manager. Working at Studio Bambini magazine influenced his love for childrens books. He started writing
in 2007 when he became a stay-at-home dad. He is dedicated to inspiring children with his passion for stories and is a Books In Homes role model. When he is not writing, he enjoys visiting schools to share his imaginative tales. He is a BIG kid and a HUGE
fan of Disney. Robert lives in Sydney and enjoys spending time with his children, who are an endless source of inspiration.

Dr Dean Jacobs grew up on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. Starting with traditional sketching and oil painting he moved into digital illustration, using airbrush techniques to create his distinctive style. Dean studied Art and Design at the Sunshine Coast University. He
has worked for over a decade in design for some of the Sunshine Coast’s most prestigious design studios and institutions. He is currently an Arts Teacher at Meridan State College. He has written and illustrated books for children and adults since 2010 and holds a
