When Koli moves from her rural village to the hustle and bustle of a whole new country, she has to make a lot of changes … but she soon learns that she always keeps the people she loves with her, in her heart.

Author: 
Megan Carige spent her earlier childhood living in Fiji before her family moved to live in Queensland, Australia. Megan currently lives in the beautiful Garden City of Toowoomba. From a young age, Megan has had a love of creative writing and storytelling. She is passionate about children’s literacy, and she loves to encourage kids to read. Drawing on her interest of travelling with her 2 boys, gave Megan the inspiration to create her first children’s book in 2016. Megan’s 2 boys continue to be her inspiration and motivation to write and create stories.
Illustrator:
Isabel Lozano Rodríguez was born in Granada, Spain, where she did her PhD in Fine Arts at the University of Granada. Currently she is dedicated to teaching Fine Arts in university in the areas of illustration and sculpture, with interventions in international congresses and publications on artistic themes. She combines the teaching with the editorial and textile illustrations for children. Her experience in textile illustrations began at the international children’s fashion company Mayoral S.A, where she worked at for six years. Today she continues to develop illustrations in this field of fashion for other brands in India, Spain, and United Kingdom. She collaborate on several projects consisting of illustrated children’s albums and children’s school books for Advocate Art and various publishers, namely Myers Publishing, Oxford University Press, Pearson Mexico, Little Steps Publishing, and, currently, Planeta Publishing. People that know her usually tell her that she has a head full of birds that they fly, but in reality she is working, creating, imagining characters and stories that make children dream.
