Jason M. H. Gaines is affiliate faculty in the department of religious studies at Fairfield University, Connecticut, and has previously taught at College of the Holy Cross and in the Rabbinical School of Hebrew College. He received his PhD in Near Eastern and Judaic studies from Brandeis University.
