Description

Erdag Goeknar is associate professor of Turkish studies at Duke University. He is the translator of Pamuk's My Name is Red and author of Orhan Pamuk, Secularism and Blasphemy. Pelin Kivrak is a lecturer in the Department of English at Tufts University. She won the 2017 Yasar Nabi Nayir Fiction Award with her first book, Hiclikte Ihtimal Var (There Is Possibility in Nothingness). She worked in the creation of Pamuk's The Museum of Innocence in Istanbul and is editor of Pamuk's autobiographical book Uzak Daglar ve Hatiralar.
