This passionate and well researched book offers arguments for a European UBI and similar policies from a wide variety of ideological standpoints, and will be essential reading for anyone interested in the future of European social policy. --Malcolm Torry, Visiting Fellow at the Institute for Policy Research at the University of Bath and is the editor of The Palgrave International Handbook of Basic Income
