Next Steps 3/e

The all-new Next Steps is a handy guide with flip chart for clinicians to help children and adolescents reduce and manage weight. The guide outlines a series of planned follow-up visits designed to teach evidence-based weight management strategies that can lead to success for the practitioner and patient. The detailed flip chart is to be reviewed by the practitioner and family. Next Steps was created through a partnership among the National Initiative for Children's Healthcare Quality, The Barbara Bush Children's Hospital at Maine Medical Center, and the Maine Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
