Rich Lauria is the associate director and a lecturer in the ERM program at Columbia University. He created or co-created and instructed the courses Cognitive Bias and Enterprise Risk Management; Insurance Risk Management; External Stakeholder Requirements; and Capstone. He is a fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. John Burkhardt is an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Economics at Harvard University, where he co-created and instructs the Cognitive Bias and Enterprise Risk Management course. He holds a Ph.D. in neuroscience.
