Laura M. Wilhelm is an affiliated faculty member of cultural and linguistic anthropology within the Nevada System of Higher Education, University of Nevada, Reno and Truckee Meadows Community College. She holds a Ph.D. and an M.A. in anthropology from the University of Nevada, Reno, where she also cofounded the Graduate Collective of Gender, Race, and Identity Scholars and received the Bilinski Education Foundation Dissertation Writing Fellowship.
