Randall Bennett Woods is distinguished professor of history at the University of Arkansas, where he has also served as Associate Dean, Interim Dean, and Dean of Fulbright College of Arts and Sciences. He is the author of seven books, including Fulbright: A Biography, which was nominated for both the Pulitzer Prize and the National Book Award and which won the Ferrell and Ledbetter Prizes. Deborah Dandridge is Kansas Collection Librarian, Field Archivist, and Archivist of the African American Experience Collection at the University of Kansas. She also serves as a reference archivist for Spencer Research Library, a research specialist in African American Studies for KU Libraries, and a member of the courtesy faculty for KU's African and African American Studies Department. In 2008, she received the Gretchen and Gene A. Budig Distinguished Librarian Award.
