"This book is a powerful collection of stories from those who have been bold and brave enough to share their experiences with mental health, trauma, grief, and loss. Thank you, Vonnie, for continuing the conversation on a topic that affects so many and for letting others know they are not alone." --Pamella DeVos, cofounder of DP Fox Ventures LLC "The stories in this book--written by women and men who have been touched by the message and mission of i understand--are similar to my own. Stories of struggle. Stories of loss. Stories of healing. Stories of helping. I hope they will help you in your journey of understanding." --from the foreword by Doug Meijer, former cochairman of the US supermarket chain Meijer
