Judy McKimm is Director of Strategic Educational Development and Professor of Medical Education at Swansea University, working internationally in health and workforce management, health professions' education and leadership. Kirsty Forrest is a consultant anaesthetist at Leeds General Infirmary and Clinical Education Advisor at the Yorkshire and Humber Deanery. She is co-academic lead for the Research, Evaluation and Special Studies strand of the Leeds medical undergraduate curriculum and is co-author and editor of a number of best-selling medical textbooks.
