"Overall, I like the motivation chapter. Frankly, it is one of the reasons I selected this text. My field is organizational behavior, and I am impressed with the explanations of each theory and the summary of how one can combine the theories and make sense of them as three elements of motivation (content, process and reinforcement)." -- Robert W. Leonard "Very well organized and will provide students with a good foundation in management." -- Dr. Stephanie B. Jones, "A very thorough and organized book. A great introduction to management." -- Dr. Kathryn Ostermeier "It is a good book for students to learn practical skills. It helps students to be better managers." -- Alexander N. Chen
