"The Encyclopedia of Educational Equity is an essential resource for anyone committed to dismantling systemic barriers in education. As an education professional dedicated to advancing equity, I appreciate how this work demystifies complex terms like 'culturally responsive pedagogy' and 'implicit bias,' providing a shared language for meaningful action. This book is more than a reference-it is a call to educators, policymakers, and advocates to engage in informed, transformative change. I urge anyone invested in creating truly student-centered learning environments to read and apply the insights of this text." -- Rosalyn Rice-Harris, Former Principal, District Leader, and Leadership Coach There is a growing need to understand the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion in our school system. The Encyclopedia of Educational Equity is a tool for mobility, opening our eyes to terms and phrases that assist in opening doors to profound conversations, extending accessibility to those who are under-represented, and activating a spark toward systemic change in our current educational system. -- Renee Nealon
