"My impressions are positive. I particularly like the historical and theoretical readings in Part 1; they are classics. The section intros are one of the text's strengths as they are informative and help to organize the reader's conceptual focus, and the review questions generally have an analytical or conceptual point to them." -- Eric Waltenburg "American Intergovernmental Relations features good coverage of all key topics. I find the part introductions well written and useful in setting up each section." -- Mark Morris "American Intergovernmental Relations is a good summary reader, covering good bases behind each topic. The finance section is especially helpful." -- Brendan Burke "The selection of readings is very good, and most of the readings themselves are interesting. The introductions provide useful information." -- Michael Faber
