Perry L. Glanzer is Assistant Professor of Teacher Education at Baylor University. A graduate of Rice University (B.A.) and Baylor University (M.A.), he received his Ph.D. in social ethics from the University of Southern California. Glanzer has also served as a visiting professor at Russian-American Christian University in Moscow.
