As well as this, he has also written numerous articles on strength and conditioning and regularly speaks at industry conferences. Darren Krein is the head strength and conditioning coach of the Indianapolis Colts and holts 18 years of NFL coaching experience. Krein previously spent five seasons at the Miami Dolphins. In 2013 he was named NFL Strength Coach of the Year. Prior to coaching, Krein played for various teams including San Diego Chargers, Green Bay Packers and Barcelona Dragons.
