Reviews

"What drew me to Loren was, in a word, balance. The abilities to start, stop, and change direction are important, and when I was a player who was getting up there in years, I knew I had to keep these abilities from weakening over time. Loren was part of the team that helped to maintain my reflexes and power. Loren and I speak the same language when it comes to the importance of recovery: His belief in balancing hard work with smart recovery speaks volumes of his appreciation for the whole person." -Brian Dawkins, 2018 Pro Football Hall of Fame Inductee, 16-Year NFL Player (Philadelphia Eagles and Denver Broncos), and Nine-Time NFL Pro Bowl Selection "Loren Landow is without a doubt one of the world's premier performance coaches. That is why I entrusted him with training my sons, from their youth sports days all the way up to their college and pro careers. He is a movement skills expert, and, most importantly, he understands performance from a holistic viewpoint. This book is a great training resource for coaches and players wanting to prepare for a football combine while also improving athletic ability along the way." -Ed McCaffrey, Head Football Coach at University of Northern Colorado, 13-Year NFL Player (New York Giants, San Francisco 49ers, and Denver Broncos), Three-Time Super Bowl Champion, and Denver Broncos 50th Anniversary Team Selection
