Joerg Rieger is distinguished professor of theology, Cal Turner Chancellor's Chair of Wesleyan Studies, and director of the Wendland-Cook Program in Religion and Justice at Vanderbilt University. Hs books include Jesus vs. Caesar: For People Tired of Serving the Wrong God (2018), No Religion but Social Religion: Liberating Wesleyan Theology (2018), Unified We Are a Force: How Faith and Labor Can Overcome America's Inequalities (2016), and No Rising Tide: Theology, Economics, and the Future (2009). Ashley Moyse is the McDonald Postdoctoral Fellow in Christian Ethics and Public Life at Christ Church, University of Oxford. He is also a research associate at Vancouver School of Theology at the University of British Columbia. He is the author of Reading Karl Barth, Interrupting Moral Technique, and Transforming Biomedical Ethics and has coedited several volumes, including Correlating Sobornost: Conversations between Karl Barth and the Russian Orthodox Tradition (Fortress, 2016), Kenotic Ecclesiology: Select Writings of Donald M. MacKinnon (Fortress, 2016), and Treating the Body in Medicine and Religion: Jewish, Christian, and Islamic Perspectives. Scott A. Kirkland is an honorary postdoctoral research associate at Trinity College, University of Divinity, Melbourne.
