Russell Haitch is professor of theology and human science at Bethany Theological Seminary in Richmond, Indiana. His written work has appeared in a wide variety of journals, and his book on baptism (From Exorcism to Ecstasy) is a well-regarded graduate school text. Ordained in the United Methodist Church, he has served as pastor and youth pastor for multiethnic congregations.
