lenny duncan (they/them) is a writer, speaker, scholar, and media producer working at the forefront of racial justice in America. lenny is the author of Dear Church, United States of Grace, and Dear Revolutionaries, and a co-creator of the podcast BlackBerryJams with PRX. A PhD student in historical and cultural studies of religion, lenny is currently researching what they call "a people's history of magic." lenny is originally from West Philadelphia, has hitchhiked thousands of miles on American byways, and makes their home up and down the I-5 with their found family, and in the East Bay area of San Francisco for research. Rozella Hayd'e White is a life and leadership coach, creator, and consultant. She is the owner of RHW Consulting, which accompanies individuals, organizations, and communities as they figure out what is meaningful and then work to create and live into values that reflect their understanding of a meaningful life. As a writer, teacher, preacher, and public theologian, Rozella boldly engage issues of faith, justice, self awareness and love, mental illness, and the radical and transformative love of God as embodied in the person of Jesus. Rozella is a contributing author for Renew 52: 50+ Ideas to Revitalize Your Congregation by Leaders Under 50 and Anonymous: Naming the God of Esther and the Women Who Plant Churches and is coauthor of Free Indeed: Devotions for Lent 2017 and the LEAD Work Out Guide: Calling People of Faith into Meaningful, Wider Relationships. Along with publishing articles in Gather, she also writes for The Salt Collective and has also blogged for Living Lutheran, ShePreaches Magazine, Believe Out Loud, Biologos, Caf', The Mudroom, and Thirty Seconds or Less.
