Creating a road map for an evidenced-based profession, Dr Gary Jones has brought together a coherent framework for school leaders and teachers based on his years of thinking, writing and implementing evidence based approaches in schools. From major issues around ethics, the use of research evidence and statistics to the formulation of a robust theory of change and associated logic model, this book will assist and develop the wise leaders and teachers we need in our schools, today more than ever. -- Stephen Tierney I love this book.
