Ralf J. Leiteritz is Full Professor in the School of International, Political and Urban Studies at the Universidad del Rosario in Bogota (Colombia). He received his BA (Diplom) in Political Science from the University of Potsdam (Germany), his MA in International Affairs from the Johns Hopkins University (USA), and his PhD in Development Studies from the London School of Economics and Political Science. His research interests focus on the global political economy of international finance and the role of international financial institutions in Latin America. Carolina Urrego-Sandoval is Assistant Professor at the Department of Political Science and Global Studies of Universidad de los Andes in Colombia. She holds a PhD in International Political Economy from King's College London, an MA in International Studies from Aarhus University in Denmark, and a BA in International Business from the University of Tolima in Colombia. She has taught at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), King's College London. Her research focuses on trade and investment in Asia and Latin America. Jean-Marie Chenou is the Lead Cybersecurity Expert with Expertise France as part of the policy dialogues of the Digital Alliance between the EU and Latin America and the Caribbean, and an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Political Science and Global Studies at the Universidad de los Andes in Bogota, Colombia. He holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of Lausanne, Switzerland and an MA in International Relations from the University Paris-II. His research focuses on the global political economy of the digital transformation.
