Understanding and employing a common, clear language that describes the components of creating and building an endowment are crucial to the actual manifestation of the task. In The Time for Endowment Building Is Now, Deborah Polivy identifies and clarifies the many components of the confusing world of endowment building to help fundraisers develop and effectively employ policies, as well as convey what's important to philanthropically minded supporters.
