She is the award-winning author of more than twenty-five cookbooks, including $3 Meals: Feed Your Family Delicious Meals for Less than the Cost of a Gallon of Milk and others in the $3 Meals series, as well as the five-volume series Great Year-Round Grilling (Lyons Press).
