Constance F. Citro is the Director of the Committee on National Statistics at the National Academy of Sciences. Margo J. Anderson is a Professor of American History at the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee and has published several books on the U.S. Census. Joseph J. Salvo is the Director of Population Division at the New York City Department of City Planning.
