In July 1977 as twenty-year-old Sandra Dubs was driving home a car ran a red light smashing into the passenger side of her vehicle. The next day whiplash trauma revealed a lump on her neck. It was diagnosed as Hodgkin lymphoma - cancer.
Within days her spleen was removed followed by a course of mantle radiation therapy a new cutting-edge treatment at the time. Her immune system having been compromised Sandra set out to learn the best ways to give her body's natural defences the support they needed.
Her quest took her around the globe as she sought wisdom from shining lights in the fields of nutrition cooking and spiritual wellbeing resulting in her ultimately becoming an expert in her own right.
