Sarah Furness served twenty-one years in the RAF as a Squadron Leader and helicopter pilot. She led on combat operational tours in Iraq and Afghanistan and taught at the world-class Defence Academy of the UK. She is a qualified mindfulness coach, cognitive behavioural therapist, international keynote speaker and human factors facilitator.
