Dr Yuri Felshtinsky is a historian was a Fellow of the Hoover Institution, University of Stanford, and holds a doctorate from Boston University and was the first foreigner to receive a doctorate from the prestigious History Institute of the Moscow Academy of Sciences. His books have been translated into 21 languages and include bestseller Blowing up Russia: The Return of KGB Terror.
