Description
Supporting children with energy accounting from a young age is vital for future well-being and thriving. I love how this book normalises this need and offers language that is both accessible and relatable to children and adults alike. This is a great resource for introducing young children to understanding self, recognising their body signals and endorsing self care. -- Jodie Clarke, author of Stop the World I Want to Get Off A delightful read for children, parents and professionals! This richly illustrated and hilarious book explores the important topic of energy awareness and regulation in an affirming and inclusive way. -- Monique Mitchelson, Autistic and ADHD Clinical Psychologist, Author, Co-Host of The Neurodivergent Woman Podcast and Co-Director of Divergent Futures
