Susan Young, DClinPsy, PhD, is a consultant clinical psychologist and director of Psychology Services Ltd. An Honorary Professor at Reykjavik University, she has over 30 years' experience in the field of ADHD, has led international ADHD guideline work, and developed widely used assessment and treatment programmes, including the ACEv.2 and ACE+v.2 interviews, now available in over 25 languages, and published extensively in clinical and academic settings. Sarah Grundy is an HR transformation leader and neurodiversity advocate with over two decades of experience in human resources. She has expertise in talent management, performance systems, organisational development, and designing inclusive HR processes within large-scale global organisations. She has shared her lived experience of late-diagnosed ADHD with The Guardian and online. Anthony Bulleid brings over 35 years of leadership experience across blue-chip companies, start-ups, and consultancy, with expertise in business strategy, coaching, team development, and complex global markets. He has led large multicultural teams across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and now works as a consultant and occupational coach.
