This excellent book covers the methodology of "integral movement therapy" for hypermobile individuals, most of whom require a different and unique approach to physical rehabilitation therapy due to the nature of the condition. Enhanced by her own lived experience, the author has developed an integrated approach which combines attention to breathing, relaxation, proprioception, stability , balance and posture as well as understanding the importance of fascia. The book is very well structured and informative and I am delighted to recommend it. -- Dr Philip Bull FRCP, Retired Consultant Rheumatologist
