Ahmed A. Moh'd Saeed Al-Suwaidi is a Lawyer and Legal Consultant in the United Arab Emirates, educated at the United Arab Emirates, educated at the United Arab Emirates University, Faculty of Shari'a Law. He obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in International Business Legal Studies in 1987 from the University of Exeter (UK), where he continued his master's degree in Philosophy and later converted the same to Ph.D. in 1989. He was conferred a Doctor of Philosophy degree by the same University in 1991. He works in the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) as a Legal Adviser and also practises in his private law firm. He specialises in international business, commercial, insurance, banking and oil industry law.
