Edwina Pitcher is a travel journalist specialising in the conservation of Europes wilderness and wildlife. She lives in London and Lisbon. She has swam, walked, eaten and travelled extensively throughout Portugal, completing solo the 600km long pilgrim route from Lisbon to Santiago da Compostela.
