Lucy Carrington Wertheim (1883 - 1971) was an English collector and Mayfair gallery owner who founded the Twenties Group (artists in their twenties) and helped to propel some of the large names of modern art to stardom. She was Christopher Wood's main patron before his death. Frances Spalding is an art historian, critic and author and has published many books on the history of art and its protagonists for publishers such as National Portrait Gallery, Lund Humphries and Phaidon. Ariane Bankes is a writer, curator, reviewer, former publisher and co-director of the Dovedale Arts Festival. James Scott is the founder of the Arts Project at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and a retired consultant orthopaedic surgeon. His book The Women who Shaped Modern Art in Britain was published by Unicorn in October 2021.
