Anneli Blundell is on a mission to humanise the leadership landscape and change the way we see each other. A multi-award winning professional, Anneli’s passion for decoding people and performance dynamics makes her a sought after speaker, mentor and gender equality expert. With her keynote speaking, and flagship programs on Women@Work, and Applied Allyship, Anneli has become the trusted advisor for many executives and organisations wanting to create inclusive cultures. Anneli is the Australian Institute of Training and Development’s 2021, L&D Professional of the Year, and Gold Stevie award winner for Female Entrepreneur of the Year, 2021. She is also the 2022 Victorian President for Professional Speakers Australia. She has made a guest appearance on an 8-part documentary series called ‘Transcending the gender narrative’ and has released a pocketbook called When men lead women: Navigating the facts, fears and frustrations of gender equality as a male leader. The Gender Penalty is a culmination of the last six years of supporting women in leadership through her award-winning Women@Work program which has had attendees from many large organisations including Mercedes-Benz, Daimler, Ernst and Young, Telstra, JB Hi-Fi, The Good Guys, Victoria Police, ANZ, NAB, Australia Post, as well as various government departments.
