Sarah Menon is a mother of two vibrant children, residing in the heart of a bustling suburban neighbourhood. Born and raised in a small town, she developed an insatiable passion for storytelling from a young age. Sarah’s journey into motherhood sparked a newfound creative drive, inspiring her to craft narratives that celebrate individuality and self-acceptance. Sarah looks froward to inspiring countless young minds to embrace their unique sparkle and shine brightly in the world.
Illustrator:
Isabel Lozano Rodríguez was born in Granada, Spain, where she did her PhD in Fine Arts at the University of Granada. Currently she is dedicated to teaching Fine Arts in university in the areas of illustration and sculpture, with interventions in international congresses and publications on artistic themes. She combines these with the editorial and textile illustrations for children. Her experience in textile illustrations began at the international children’s fashion company Mayoral S.A, where she worked at for six years. Today she continues to develop illustrations in this field of fashion for other brands in India, Spain, and United Kingdom. She collaborated on several projects consisting of illustrated children’s albums and children’s school books for Advocate Art and various publishers, namely Myers Publishing, Oxford University Press, Pearson Mexico, Little Steps Publishing, and, currently, Planeta Publishing. People usually tell her that she has a head full of birds, but in reality she is working, creating, imagining characters and stories that make children dream.
