A dedicated family man, former pugilist/martial artist, and current surf lifesaver and jet ski rescue volunteer, Anthony is the CEO of a large Sydney-based RSL club. Encouraged during his school years, Anthony has a passion for food, wine and bringing people together that set him on a diverse career journey through Sydney’s food scene before moving into the club industry in 2000. A voracious traveller and consumer, he’s still exploring new tastes, flavours and atmospheres to bring to his clientele. In recent years, he has been focused on supporting his three sons and holding his family close following the loss of his wife, Kim. Now, after shutting out the world for over a decade, Anthony is ready to share his story.
