A Lyon native at heart, Nadege Druzkowski is passionate about history--both the grand narratives and the small stories that bring depth to our daily lives. She is a regular contributor to the History & Heritage section of Lyon Capitale magazine and has written the historical texts for the comic books Lyonnaises d'exception and Heroines de Lyon. She is the author of the book and film Un desert au coeur du monde, which invite us on a journey in the footsteps of the monks who left their mark over the millennia around the Grande Chartreuse mountain range. Passionate about the visual arts, she holds several degrees (Central Saint Martins, London, and the Glasgow School of Art, Scotland). She has exhibited in the United Kingdom, France, Germany and Iceland, and has illustrated two books by the poet Beatrice Brerot, l'eau d'en haut and dix mille etres dedans. Instagram: @lyon_meconnu
