Cindy Miller Stephens is an American who has lived in Hong Kong for 16 years. As a child she was an expat living in France and travelled the globe extensively with her parents, visiting Hong Kong for the first time in 1977. Cindy writes guidebooks and articles about Hong Kong while raising her three daughters.
