Description

Peter Mann was born in the UK and read English at Exeter College, Oxford. In 1976, he came to Hong Kong as a police inspector before joining the governments Administrative Service, serving in the fields of transport, housing, security, environment and tourism. He also served as District Officer, Wan Chai. He is currently Chairman of the Hong Kong branch of the Royal Commonwealth Society.
