Judith Pare, Ph.D., RN, RHNC is a clinical professor and the RN/BS program director at the University of Massachusetts Boston. Her areas of expertise include rural nursing, psychiatric nursing, and public health. Dr. Pare is a published author and national speaker on the lived experiences of rural and remote nurses and the care of people living with serious illnesses. Dayle Sharp, Ph.D., DNP, McPH, APRN, FNP-BC is a clinical professor at the University of New Hampshire School of Nursing. A highly experienced family nurse practitioner and educator, her expertise focuses on primary care, vulnerable populations, rural health, and workforce development with a commitment to improve patient access to healthcare and outcomes through evidence-based practice and interprofessional collaboration. Polly Petersen has been a nurse for more than 48 years, starting out in a rural critical access hospital in Nebraska. She is a retired associate professor from Montana State University, Billings campus.
