Karla Sy is a Filipino-Chinese-Canadian writer and educator, raised in the Philippines and Hong Kong, and having lived in the US and Shanghai. She explores culture and identity through her stories. Karla holds a bachelor's degree from Tufts University and a master's degree from Columbia University. She lives with her family in Vancouver, Canada. When she's not reading or writing, you'll find her enjoying meals with family and friends, playing Rummikub, or exploring the hiking trails of British Columbia. Felishia Henditirto was born in Bandung, Indonesia, and has been captivated by art and stories since childhood. A BFA graduate in graphic design, she loves illustrating stories with a focus on colors, lights, shadows, and metaphors. Using digital media, she infuses magic into her work and finds inspiration in every detail. When not illustrating, she enjoys reading and exploring imaginary worlds through books.
